1. Phrenology, as Pseudoscience, was developed by the German physician Franz Joseph Gall.
It is based on the concept that the brain is the organ of the mind, and that certain brain areas have
 localized, specific functions or modules.

1.2 QR Code functions as Hitler moustache.QR Code is a tool for disguising information.Hitler
 moustache is a icon or symbolism of Sociology.

2.Man possesses the capacity of constructing languages, in which every sense can be expressed,
without having an idea how and what each word means -- jsut as one speaks without knowing how the
single sounds are produced. From it it is humanly impossible to gather immediately the logical
